BodyHoops Teacher Training
Now you can skillfully share the joy and benefits of
hooping.
BodyHoops offers a unique certified instructors program that
will
enable you to introduce and teach hoop dance in a variety of
settings.
Integrating the aspects of body, mind and spirit, our
mission is to
provide participants with the foundation to teach the art of
hoop dance
while encouraging the development of his or her unique voice
and style.
Whether your goal is to introduce hooping as a sport in the
high school
gym class or as a cardio class in your fitness center or
spa, the
bodyhoops method will provide instructors with the ability
to create
fun and inspiring hoop programs for youth and adults. Check
