Daylight Saving Time Ends 11/2
We're moving into a
new season with many changes going on in the world. Its important to
stay healthy and continue to create time to nourish yourself with the
activities that bring you joy. The hoop has continued to help me in
getting through difficult times and it only takes a few minutes each day
to experience that. Keep on hooping!

Teacher Training
It was an amazing three days of hooping for
the UK BodyHoops teacher training. It's very exciting to see this
movement expanding globally. There was 16 of us that came together for
over 12 hours of discussion, skill building, lesson planning and more.
Our last teacher training for 2008 is coming

Teacher Spotlight!
I am very happy to have Marion and Jacqui on the team of
Master Trainers with Bodyhoops. They will begin coordinating and
facilitating UK teacher training for Level 1 in 2009. Over the past 2+
years, they have progressed through Level 1 and 2, and as certified
Instructors developed fun and inspiring programs for their classes.
