Get outside and Play!
If you're feeling alone in your hoop
practice, try getting out to your local park and hooping it up. Bring
along an extra hoop and soon people will want to try. It won't be too
long before you have some hooping friends. Its a fun way to get
together with the community and its always more fun to hoop with
others! Here in Ojai, California we're lucky enough to have wonderfully
talented drummers and musicians play, while we hoop along at our weekly
Sunday hoop gatherings at Libby Park, but even a boom box or radio will
inspire local peeps to give it a whirl! Happy Summer.

Teacher Training
Big smiles and lots of inspiration at the Florida level 1
training this past June.
Learn how to teach hooping for fun and for
fitness. The level 1 training will introduce and show you how to create
a series of beginning level classes. The level 2 training will explore
advanced hooping skills. Place your deposit before the end of July to
